How do multiple submissions work?

Congratulations on Your Multiple Submissions Purchase!

Great news! You've purchased a list with multiple submissions - the most common and successful way of submitting for representation through Repunzel.

What Exactly Is a "Submission"?

Let's start with the basics: A submission is one complete journey through your entire list of contacts.

With your multiple submissions package (like the Plus bundle), you get multiple opportunities to submit to your list. Each submission attempt is conveniently displayed as a tab at the top of your list.

Example: If you have the LA Combo Agent List with 3 submissions, you'll see 3 tabs.

How It Works in Practice

In the example above, you get 3 attempts to submit to every agent on the LA Combo Agent List (which has 125 contacts - your number may differ). And here's what happens:

1. You'll complete Submission 1 by going through the entire list
2. Once Submission 1 is complete, Submission 2 will unlock

3. After Submission 2, you'll have access to Submission 3

   
   

Understanding Email Rounds

We don't allow sending all emails at once for each submission. Instead, we break them into manageable "rounds" of 50 emails at a time to maintain quality and prevent overwhelming agents. You may refer to this article for more information: How does the send limit work?

Important Things to Remember

📅 Timing Matters

You must allow 1 month between submissions to prevent spamming agents (as stated on our website and in our Terms of Service)

🔄 Automatic Updates

When you start a new submission, we automatically:

1. Remove any outdated contacts
2. Update any emails that have changed since your previous submission

Your unused submissions never expire, so take your time! There's no rush to submit before you're ready.
