Can I upgrade my Basic bundle to the Plus bundle?
Upgrade or Change My List Policy
We get it — sometimes you buy one list and realize another would suit you better. Here’s how upgrades and swaps work on Repunzel.
If you haven’t started your first Submission
You can upgrade or switch to another List by simply paying the price difference.
Example:
— You bought the LA Commercial Agent List – Basic Bundle ($97) and now want the LA Commercial -Agent List – Plus Bundle ($147).
— The difference is $50 ($147 – $97).
— Once you pay that difference, we’ll swap the List for you.
If you’ve already started your first Submission
Once you start your first Submission, that one stays tied to your original List. However, any unused Submissions in your Bundle can be transferred to another List by paying the difference in full bundle price.
Example:
— You purchased the LA Theatrical Agent List – Plus Bundle ($147, includes 3 Submissions).
— You start your first Submission, then decide you’d rather use the LA Combo Agent List – Plus Bundle ($197).
— Your first Submission can’t be transferred, but the remaining two can — after paying the difference of $50 ($197 – $147).
Switching from a Plus Bundle to a Basic Bundle
If you want to change one Submission from your Plus Bundle (3 Submissions) to a Basic Bundle (1 Submission) on another List, you’ll pay the difference between the Basic Bundle price and the per-Submission price of your Plus Bundle.
Example:
— You bought the NY Combo Agent List – Plus Bundle ($167).
— That breaks down to $56 per Submission ($167 ÷ 3).
— You now want to use one Submission for the NY Theatrical Agent List – Basic Bundle ($97).
— The difference is $41 ($97 – $56).
How to upgrade or change list policy:
Send the price difference via PayPal to payments@repunzel.com.
Include your account email address in the payment notes.
Email support to notify us once payment has been processed at support@repunzel.com.
Important Notes:
We can’t change or refund any Submission that’s already been started.
All price differences are based on the current full price of each List and Bundle.
Once a swap is approved, we’ll update your account to reflect the new List access and available Submissions.
