How to Include or Exclude Agents from Your Submission

Sometimes you want to be selective with your outreach—and Repunzel makes it easy to control exactly who gets your email and who doesn’t. Here’s how you can quickly include or exclude contacts from your submission list.

To Exclude a Single Contact

1. Head to the Email Composer tab.
2. Make sure you're on the correct submission round (e.g. Submission 1).
3. Scroll or search to find the contact you want to exclude.
4. Click the red “Exclude” button at the end of the row of the contact you want to exclude.

That agent will now move from the Included tab to the Excluded tab at the top right of the list.

To Re-Include a Contact

1. Still in the Email Composer, click the "Excluded" tab near the top of your contact list.
2. Find the contact you want to bring back.
3. Click the red “Include” button next to their name.
4. They’ll be moved back into your Included tab and become eligible for your next submission.

To Bulk Exclude Contacts

If you want to exclude several contacts at once, you don’t have to exclude them individually. Here’s what to do:

1. Tick the boxes next to all contacts you want to exclude.
2. After selecting, click the Exclude <#> button at the top of the page, indicated by the red arrow in the image below.

3. Check the Excluded tab to confirm they’ve been moved.

   
   

To Bulk Include Contacts

If you’d like to bring multiple contacts back from the Excluded list, the process is the same:

1. Open the Excluded tab.
2. Tick the boxes next to all agents you want to bring back.
3. Click the “Include <#>” button at the top of the page.

4. Check the Included tab to confirm they’re back in the list.

   
   

   

Quick Tip:

Repunzel will automatically send emails to the first 50 agents on your Included list during each submission round. If you want to prioritize certain agents, just exclude others and include your top picks first!
