When Can I Send My Next Round of Emails?

So you’ve sent out some emails—amazing! Now you’re wondering: “When can I send the next batch?” Great question. Let’s break it down:


First, What’s the Difference Between a Round and a Submission?

Think of a round as a mini batch of emails—up to 50 at a time. We send your submission in smaller chunks to keep your sender reputation healthy and help avoid spam filters.

So if your list has 125 agents, your full submission will be split into:

  • Round 1 = 50 agents
  • Round 2 = 50 agents
  • Round 3 = 25 agents

Submission

A submission is one complete pass through your entire list. Once you’ve gone through all your rounds, you’ve completed one submission.

If your plan includes more than one submission (like the Plus Bundle), you’ll get to go through your list again—up to 3 times.


When Can I Send the Next Round?

You’ll need to wait 24 hours between rounds. This gives your emails time to process and helps avoid overwhelming agents.

Example: If you sent your first round today at 3PM, you’ll be able to send the next round tomorrow.


When Can I Start My Next Submission?

Once you've completed all the rounds in your current submission, the second submission will become available. We kindly ask that you wait at least one month before beginning the next one. This allows our agents enough time to thoroughly review your first message without feeling overwhelmed.
