# Account access and Gmail permissions

Your Repunzel account is connected to the Gmail address you use to log in.

To access your purchases and Submissions:

-   Log in using the same Gmail account used at checkout
-   Make sure you are not logged into a different Gmail account

If you are missing a list or Submission, the most common issue is logging into the wrong email address.

## Gmail access and permissions

Repunzel connects to your Gmail account so the app can send your submission emails through your email address.

Repunnel only has permission to **send emails through your account**. We do **not** have the ability to:

-   Read your inbox
-   View your emails
-   Delete messages
-   Access any other Gmail data

Your account remains fully private and under your control.
