# Can I suggest a feature?

Absolutely — we love hearing ideas from users. Feature requests help us understand what would make Repunzel better, and they go straight to Howard and the team for consideration.

**How to submit a request**

-   Email [support@repunzel.com](mailto:support@repunzel.com) with "Feature request" in the subject line
-   Or mention it to us during a support conversation

**What makes a helpful request**

The more context you can give us, the better. Try to include:

-   What you'd like to see
-   Why it would be useful to you
-   How you imagine it working
-   Any examples of similar features you've seen elsewhere

We review every request carefully. While we can't promise everything will make it into the platform, user feedback plays a big role in shaping our roadmap.
