# Emails not sending through Repunzel

This usually happens when Repunzel's connection to your Gmail has expired — totally normal and easy to fix.

**Step 1 — Remove Repunzel from your Google permissions**

-   Head to [https://myaccount.google.com/permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions)
-   Find **Repunzel** in the list and click on it
-   Scroll to the bottom and click **"Delete all connections you have with Repunzel"**
-   Hit **Confirm**

**Step 2 — Reconnect Repunzel**

-   Go to app.repunzel.com
-   Log out, then log back in
-   When Google asks for permission, click **Allow** on all the prompts

**Step 3 — Test it** Send yourself a quick test email through Repunzel. If it lands in your inbox, you're good to go.
