Can I send emails to just a few contacts at a time?
If you don’t want to send your email to everyone at once, that’s completely fine. You can send in smaller batches or even just one at a time, depending on what works for you.
Is there a downside to doing that?
The main downside is that it adds more manual work. The system is designed to help you send everything in one go, so doing it in phases kind of defeats the purpose of automation. But for testing or special cases, it’s completely doable.
How do I send to a small batch?
Here’s the step-by-step:
Exclude all contacts in your list..
Un-exclude only the contacts you want to send to right now.
Send your batch of emails.
- When you’re ready to send to another group, un-exclude the next set and send again.
Not sure how to exclude agents from your list? You can follow this guide for step-by-step instructions.
Will sending emails to less than 50 contacts count as my full submission?
No, it won’t. You can send to fewer than 50 contacts, and still go back later to send more. The system only caps your sends at 50 per day. You can send in smaller batches, and as long as you haven’t reached that daily limit, you’re free to continue sending.
A few things to keep in mind:
- You can send emails in whatever batch size feels right. Even one at a time is fine.
- Sending to just one contact first doesn’t use up your whole submission. You can send to more contacts afterward.
- For smoother campaigns, we recommend sending to everyone at once when you’re ready. That way, you get the full benefit of automation.
