How Does Sending Work? (Send to vs. Skipped)

The short answer: If the Send button says "Send 50 emails," exactly 50 emails will be sent — one to every agent in your Included list for that round.

What determines who gets an email?

Every agent in a submission round falls into one of two categories:

Send to — they will receive your submission email
Skipped — they will not receive your submission email

That's it. The Send to/Skipped status is what controls delivery, nothing else.

What does the number on the Send button mean?

The number on the Send button tells you exactly how many emails will go out when you click it. It's a live count of your Included agents.

Examples:

Button says Send 12 emails → 12 agents are Included, 12 emails will be sent
Button says Send 50 emails → 50 agents are Included, 50 emails will be sent

There is no cap, random selection, or sampling involved. Every agent in your Send to list gets the email.

Does selecting agents in the list affect who gets sent an email?

No. Selecting (highlighting) agents in the list is just for viewing or performing bulk actions — it does not limit sending to only those agents, and it does not change who is Send to or Skipped.

When you click Send, every agent in your Send to list will receive an email, regardless of who is selected. Repunzel sends in rounds based on the send limit for that list — so if your list has a send limit of 50, it will send to 50 Send to agents per round, continuing in subsequent rounds until all Send to agents have been contacted.

Only the Send to/Skipped status on each agent controls who gets an email.

How do I move an agent between "Send to" and "Skipped"?

You can toggle an agent's status individually, or use the bulk actions toolbar to send or skip multiple agents at once after selecting them.
