Why do I need a Gmail account?

Repunzel sends submission emails directly through your own Gmail account — not through a Repunzel address. This means agents receive your email from you personally, can reply directly to you, and your submission looks like a direct, professional message rather than something sent through a third-party service.

Why this matters

Sending from your own account means:

  • Agents see your actual email address, not a "repunzel.com" address
  • Replies come straight back to you
  • Your emails are less likely to be filtered as spam
  • You stay in full control of the conversation

Is my account safe?

Yes. Repunzel only requests the permissions needed to send emails on your behalf. We don't access anything else in your account.

Don't have a Gmail or prefer a different address?
