Why is the "Send test" button grayed out?

The "Send test" button stays inactive until your submission is ready to preview. This is to make sure your email is complete before you send a test to yourself.

What you need before it activates

The button will turn on automatically once you have all three of these in place:

  • Photo — at least one headshot uploaded
  • Subject — text in the subject line
  • Body — content in the email body

Once all three are filled in, the button will activate and you can send yourself a preview to see exactly how agents will see your submission.
