Do skipped contacts stay skipped in future rounds?

It's up to you — when you start a new submission, you'll be asked whether you want to carry over your skipped contacts from the previous round, or start fresh with everyone back on the active Send to list.

If you choose to copy your skipped contacts over, anyone you skipped before will remain skipped in the new submission. If you start fresh, all contacts will be included by default.

To bring someone back manually at any point, go to the Skipped tab in the Email composer and click Add back next to their name.
