How to read your Tracking Report

The Tracking Report shows you what happened after you sent your Submission. It gives you a clear view of delivery, opens, and link activity so you can understand engagement at a glance.

What the tracking report shows

At the top of the report, you’ll see:

  • Emails Sent (your progress out of the total list)
  • Opens
  • Clicks
  • Most Clicked links

You’ll also see recent activity highlighted in green. These green numbers show new opens or clicks since you last viewed the report.

Below the summary, you can see:

  • Date sent
  • Status (such as Opened)
  • Agency
  • Agent name
  • Links clicked

This allows you to view engagement at both the summary level and the individual contact level.

What counts as an opened email

An email counts as “Opened” when the recipient’s email client loads the tracking image inside the message.

Keep in mind:

  • Some email clients block images by default.
  • Some email clients preload images automatically.

Because of this, open tracking is helpful but not perfect. It should be viewed as a general indicator of engagement.

What counts as a click

A click is recorded when at least one tracked link inside the email is clicked.

Important:

  • Click rate is calculated per email, not per total link clicks.
  • If one recipient clicks three different links, it still counts as one clicked email.
  • We do not count every individual link click toward the click rate percentage.

This keeps your click rate focused on how many recipients engaged, not how many total clicks occurred.

The “Most Clicked” section shows which links received the most engagement across your Submission.

This helps you see:

  • Which materials are getting attention
  • Whether agents are clicking your reel
  • Whether profile links are being viewed

How to interpret results

Tracking data helps you understand engagement, but it does not tell the full story.

An open may indicate interest.
A click may indicate stronger interest.
No click does not automatically mean no interest.

Agents may:

  • Open and review attachments without clicking links
  • Forward your email
  • Save it for later

Use the report as insight, not as a final judgment.

It’s a tool to help you make informed decisions about your outreach.
