Attaching Headshots

Your headshots are one of the most important parts of your submission. In Repunzel, they are attached as inline images so agents can view them immediately without downloading files.

How headshots are attached

Headshots are automatically inserted into your email as inline images for maximum visibility. This makes it easy for agents to view your photos directly in the body of the email.

You do not need to manually format them.

How to upload

To attach headshots:

  • Drag and drop your photos into the upload area
  • Or click to select files from your computer

You can upload up to 4 photos.

Supported formats:

  • png
  • jpeg
  • webp

Maximum file size: 5MB per image

Best practices

  • Upload high-quality, professional headshots
  • Avoid extremely large file sizes
  • Make sure the images are current and represent your type

If you're unsure which photos to use, choose the ones that best match the roles you're targeting.

Once uploaded, your headshots will automatically be included when you send your submission.
