Emails not sending through Repunzel
This usually happens when Repunzel's connection to your Gmail has expired — totally normal and easy to fix.
Step 1 — Remove Repunzel from your Google permissions
- Head to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Find Repunzel in the list and click on it
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete all connections you have with Repunzel"
- Hit Confirm
Step 2 — Reconnect Repunzel
- Go to app.repunzel.com
- Log out, then log back in
- When Google asks for permission, click Allow on all the prompts
Step 3 — Test it Send yourself a quick test email through Repunzel. If it lands in your inbox, you're good to go.
