How multiple submissions work

If you purchased a Plus bundle or any package with multiple submissions, here's what that means and how to make the most of it.

What is a submission?

A submission is one complete pass through your entire list of contacts. Each submission shows up as a tab at the top of your list.

So if you have the LA Combo Agent List with 3 submissions, you'll see 3 tabs — one for each attempt.

How it works

  1. You go through your entire list in Submission 1
  2. Once Submission 1 is complete, Submission 2 unlocks
  3. After Submission 2, Submission 3 becomes available

Each submission sends to every contact on your list — so with 125 contacts and 3 submissions, you get up to 3 chances to reach every agent on the list.

Emails are sent in rounds

We send in batches of 50 at a time rather than all at once. This keeps things manageable and avoids overwhelming agents. See "How does the send limit work?" for more details.

A few things to keep in mind

  • Wait 1 month between submissions — this is required to avoid spamming agents and is outlined in our Terms of Service
  • Your list gets updated automatically when you start a new submission — outdated contacts are removed and any changed emails are updated
  • Your submissions never expire — take your time and submit when you're ready

Many of our most successful users found representation on their second or third submission, so don't be discouraged if the first round doesn't land right away.
