Included vs Excluded

When working inside a Submission, you control exactly who receives your email. The Included and Excluded tabs help you manage that clearly.

Included
Contacts in the Included tab will receive your submission when you click Send.

Excluded
Contacts in the Excluded tab will not receive your submission.

To move a contact between tabs:

  • Click Exclude to move them out of Included
  • Click Include to move them back

Common reasons to exclude a contact:

  • They are a former rep
  • You recently submitted to them
  • You know they are not a fit
  • There is a conflict

You are never required to email every contact. Review your list and move people intentionally before sending.
