Sending to the "Send to" List

When you’re ready, you can send your submission to everyone in your "Send to" tab.

What happens when you click Send

When you click Send, Repunzel sends your personalized email to each contact in your Send to list using your connected Gmail account.

Each message is delivered individually.

How personalization works at scale

Even though you write one template, each contact receives a personalized version with their own first name inserted.

You do not create separate emails for each agent.

Gmail sending limits

Emails are sent through your Gmail account, which means standard Gmail sending limits apply.

If you attempt to send more emails than Gmail allows in a short period, sending may pause or fail.

What “blocked” errors mean

If you receive a “blocked” message from Gmail, it usually means Gmail flagged the email as potential spam or you hit a sending limit.

This does not mean your account is banned.

If this happens:

  • Pause sending
  • Review your email content
  • Try again later
  • Reach out to support at support@repunzel.com if needed

Sending in reasonable batches and keeping your email professional helps reduce issues.
