How the send limit works
Rounds vs. Submissions — what's the difference?
A round is a batch of up to 50 emails. We send in smaller batches to keep your emails out of spam and protect your sender reputation.
So if your list has 125 agents, your submission breaks down like this:
- Round 1 = 50 agents
- Round 2 = 50 agents
- Round 3 = 25 agents
A submission is one complete pass through your entire list. Once you've finished all your rounds, you've completed one submission.
When can I send the next round?
Your send limit resets at midnight. So if you send Round 1 today, you can send Round 2 tomorrow.
When can I start my next submission?
Once you've finished all the rounds in your current submission, your next submission unlocks. We ask that you wait at least one month before starting it — this gives agents enough time to review your first email.
Quick recap
What it means | When you can send | |
|---|---|---|
