Why is there an email to records@repunzel.com in my Sent folder?

Great question — that's completely normal, and here's what it is.

Every time you send a batch of submissions, one extra copy of your submission email goes from your Gmail to records@repunzel.com. It's sent right alongside your submissions, which is why you'll see it in your Sent folder.

Why we do this

  • Delivery verification — receiving a real copy of your email lets us confirm your submissions are actually going out and landing the way they should, with everything formatted correctly.
  • Better support — if something ever looks off with your submission (a broken link, a missing headshot, formatting issues), we can see exactly what agents received and help you fix it fast.

A few things to know

  • The records copy doesn't count against your 50-email daily send limit — you still get your full batch for agents.
  • It's excluded from your tracking report — any opens or clicks on our end will never show up in your stats, so they stay accurate.
  • It's the exact same email your agents receive — nothing more. We can only see what you send through Repunzel. We never read anything else in your Gmail.
