What “Send to” Means by Default
When you open a new Submission, all contacts start in the Send to tab. This simply means they’re the ones who will receive an email.
By default, every contact in your selected list appears in Send to for that Submission.
Send to means:
They will receive your submission when you click Send.
Before sending, you should:
- Review the full list
- Move anyone you don’t want to email into Skipped
- Make sure your Send to list matches your strategy
You are never required to email every contact.
Send to is just the starting point for that Submission.
