Can I send another email to the same agent? Do I have to pay again?

Each Repunzel submission allows you to send one email to each agent on your list — once. Once that email has been sent, you can't send another one to that same agent through the app as part of that submission.

What if I want to follow up with a specific agent?

Follow-ups need to be handled manually, directly from your own personal email account. Repunzel is designed for initial outreach, so any ongoing communication with an agent is between you and them directly.

What if I want to do a completely new submission round?

You have two options: purchase a new submission to send a fresh round of emails, or if you've purchased the Plus bundle, use one of your included submissions for a new round.
