How to upgrade or swap your list

Have submissions left on a list that isn't the right fit anymore? You can move them to a different list. Here's how it works.

The short version: any submission you haven't started yet can be transferred to another list, one at a time. Email us and we'll set it up.

First — which of your submissions are transferable?

Unused submissions can move. A submission you haven't opened yet isn't tied to anything, so it's free to go to another list.
Started submissions stay put. Once a submission is underway it belongs to that list, and it can't be moved or refunded.

So if you bought a Plus Bundle with 3 submissions and you're partway through the first one, that first one stays — the other two are transferable.

How to request a transfer

Just email us at support@repunzel.com and tell us:

Which list your unused submission is on
Which list you'd like to move it to

We'll check your account, work out the difference, and reply with the exact amount and how to pay it. Once that's settled, your account is updated with the new list and available submissions.

No need to send anything upfront — we'll sort the numbers with you first.

How the price difference is worked out

You don't have to do this math yourself, but here's how we get there.

Step 1 — What your submission is worth

Basic Bundle — 1 submission, so it's worth what you paid
Plus Bundle — up to 3 submissions, so divide the price by 3

Example: The LA Combo Agent List – Plus Bundle is $197 for 3 submissions, so each unused submission is worth about $66.

Step 2 — Where it's going

Onto a Basic Bundle on another list — you cover the difference between that list's Basic Bundle price and what your submission is worth, and you'll have 1 submission on the new list.

Example: Your unused LA Combo submission is worth $66 and you want the LA Manager List – Basic Bundle ($147). The difference is $81. Your other two Combo submissions stay where they are.

Toward a Plus Bundle on another list — same idea, bigger bundle. You cover the difference between that list's Plus Bundle price and what your submission is worth, and you'll have 3 submissions on the new list.

Example: Same $66 submission, but you want the LA Manager List – Plus Bundle ($197). The difference is $131, and you'd get 3 submissions on the Manager list.

Moving another one later

Once a transfer is finished, you can move another unused submission the same way — just email us again. The math works out the same: one submission at a time, priced off what that submission is worth.

Example: You've already moved one Combo submission to the LA Manager List. Later you decide to move your last unused Combo submission to the LA Theatrical Agent List – Basic Bundle ($97). That submission is still worth $66, so the difference is $31.

Two things we can't do: move more than one submission at once, or transfer a whole bundle to a different list in one go. Every transfer is one submission at a time.

Want more submissions on a list you already have?

Same rule applies — it depends on whether you've started.

Haven't started your Basic submission yet? You can upgrade to the Plus Bundle on that list by covering the difference. Email us at support@repunzel.com and we'll set it up.

Example: You bought the LA Commercial Agent List – Basic Bundle ($97) and haven't started it. The Plus Bundle is $147, so the difference is $50 — and you'd have 3 submissions on that list.

Already started it? The upgrade isn't available at that point, but you can buy additional submissions at full price any time — either from your Dashboard in the app, or at repunzel.com. Just use the same Gmail login and they'll appear in your account automatically.

All price differences are based on the current full price of each list and bundle
The prices above are examples — check the Lists section on your Dashboard for today's pricing
Transfers are one-way. Once a submission moves to a new list, it stays there
